It is a very exciting time to be involved with sport at Haven of Peace Academy. With the development of the campus there is going to be an increase in the availability of different sports for the students.

 

Swimming at HOPAC is one of three main sports taught during the year as part of the Physical Education
curriculum. This will be the first year that we will be able to host competitive swimming meets thanks to our new Olympic 25 metre swimming pool. We have been working along side other schools in Dar to develop a swimming league. This will run from December to March.

 

Students also have opportunity to participate in a weekly swimming club for Primary and Secondary students with friendly swim-meets with other schools.
