| <div align="left">It is a very exciting time to be involved with sport at Haven of Peace Academy. With the development of the campus there is going to be an increase in the availability of different sports for the students. </div>

<div align="left">Basketball at HOPAC is one of three main sports taught during the year as part of the Physical Education<br>
curriculum. This year we will be entering boys and girls teams in the Dar Independent Schools League. They will compete at two different level: Under 13 and Under 15. The season runs from Janurary to March.<br>

<div align="left">We will also be forming regular fixtures with local Tanzanian schools.</div>

<div align="left">Primary students have the chance to play basketball as well through the After School Activities Program.</div>
